David Mallinger (Acting Chairman)
David, the son of Peter Mallinger, left his home in Toronto,
Canada to take over the club with Graham Starmer in February
2011.
The inventor of the Kickmaster soccer brand, David was also the
Managing Director of Turnstile Ltd who distribute sporting goods
and outdoor toy sectors in the UK and via third party
distributors world-wide.
He is also a director of FootballCV and was responsible for their
operations in North America before he returned home.

Graham Starmer (Vice Chairman)
Graham took over as co-owner of the Steelmen in February 2011
having previously been club Secretary at Kettering Town Football
Club.
He is currently the Managing Director of FootballCV.com, a
business he founded with Corby Town's late Chairman Peter
Mallinger in 2000.
Prior to working at the Poppies Graham was the Sport and Leisure
Services Manager at the University College Northampton for six
years. He is also a director of Burndine Sales and Services, a
family business whose main activity is business and management
consultancy and is also involved in property management and
investment.
Graham took over as co-owner of the Steelmen in February 2011 having previously been club Secretary at Kettering Town Football Club.
He is currently the Managing Director of FootballCV.com, a business he founded with Corby Town's late Chairman Peter Mallinger in 2000.

Chris Rivett (Director)
Chris joined the Steelmen's board in July 2011 and in doing so
became the second youngest director at a football club in the top
six levels of English football.
Having previously worked for Northampton Town and Luton
Town,Chris set up his own media company in 2005. Final Third
Sports Media specialise in the development and management of
websites in the sports and leisure industry and their clients
include the Football League and the Rugby Football Union.
Self taught as a web developer and journalist, Chris is a member
of the Sports Journalists' Association and the UK Web Design
Association and he has won several awards for his work on
websites and publications.

Martin Harris
Martin was appointed to the club's board in December 2012. He joined the club as general manager, taking on some of the responsibility for the day-to-day running of the club, in July 2011, a role he combines with that at the FootballCV Academy where he is Academy Manager.
Vastly experienced at all levels of club football, Martin spent twelve seasons at Kettering Town, initially as a coach, and worked with the under-10 age group all the way through to the first-team in a variety of roles. As well as his experience with the Poppies and FootballCV Martin has spent time coaching in Chicago, Detriot, Indianapolis and Milwaukee.
