Corby Town Football Club Community Skills Training Project and Summer School have been awarded a grant from the newly established Football Conference Community Club Development Fund.
The project will be able to provide skills training sessions for children and young people aged 8 to 12-years-old with Corby Town Football Club at the Rockingham Triangle and Steel Park Stadium, the new home of Corby Town. Sessions will start on Monday 8th August as follows:
4-5pm - 8 to 10 years
5-6pm - 10 to 12 years
Each session will be delivered by a fully qualified FA Coach and a player from Corby Town Football Club and will cost only £1 per session, no booking required - just turn up.
The Summer School will take place from Monday 22nd August until Thursday 25th August from 10am to 3pm each day at a cost of £5 per day , bring a packed lunch, booking is advised, pick up a booking form and further details from Corby Borough Council, One Stop Shop or Corby Town's Steel Park Stadium Telephone: 01536 470260This project will give young people:

Young Footballers will be given the opportunity to tour the new facilities at Steel Park and play on the excellent pitches at Corby Town; this is an opportunity for aspiring footballers to learn from Corby Town players and coaches at Corby’s premier facility for football.
The Football Conference launched the Fund in August. The scheme is designed to encourage member clubs to develop their work in their local communities. It was made possible by the generous commitment of the Premier League and the Professional Footballers’ Association.
