"You know what you're going to get from Andy and that is exactly why we've brought him back to the club," explained Drury to the official website. "He scored double figures from midfield last season and fortunately for us the chance presented itself to re-sign him so I'm delighted and I know Andy is looking forward to picking up where he left off.
"I was sad to see him go but it was the right move for him and the club at the time, but things have moved on and we've been able to tie things together so he can return.
"It's great to see another familiar face back here. It says a lot about the club and where we're looking to go that players are returning here for the challenge that presents."
