The work is finally complete... MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

18 months since work began on the new multi-million pound football stadium, Corby Town are all set to play the opening match against Notts County on Monday evening, following a number of volunteers putting the final touches to the stadium on Sunday in preperation.

The day not only witnessed the finishing touches to the new-look Steelmen Social Club and catering facilities, but also marked the historic moment of the goal-posts being erected.  

Work began at the site on Monday 25 January 2010, and despite many ups and downs along the way, we are finally within touching distance of a new era for the club. 

Thank you to everybody who has worked on the stadium since it began, and we all look forward to a bright future for Corby Town.
