Corby Town head to Grantham Town this evening to face the Gingerbreads for the Ted Drury and Dave Piggott Trophy.
The squad for the match has been reduced to 20, following the news that Drury has advised Lee Windrum, Glenn Walker, Aaron Daniels, Courtney Herbert, Ollie Thorne and Paul Caswell that they are free to look for opportunities elsewhere.
Drury intends to trim the squad again after the trip to Lincolnshire, so he can have a good look at everyone in the forthcoming series of three home pre-season games before finalising his squad for the forthcoming Blue Square North season.
The Gingerbreads play in the Evo Stik Division One South. They count Corby boss Graham Drury as a former player, along with ex-Steelmen Brett Darby, Dom Hallows, Steve Julian, Richard Challinor, Lee Glover, Michael Sneddon, Adam Sturgess, Jamie McGhee and Phil Watt.
Corby Town have received a positive response from applicants to the role of first-team manager.
