It's hard to believe that another season has come and gone.
Once the shrill drill of the match official's whistle is heard for the final time this year, the events of the last nine months will soon be forgotten by supporters at every club up and down the country, other than those who have gained promotion.
A new season brings new hope, and with last Saturday also marking the end of an era at the Rockingham Triangle there is even more reason to be looking forward to the future with great expectations. The new stadium is ready and waiting, I'm sure everyone cannot wait to kick-off the new campaign in August.
Of course that is several weeks away and there is a lot that will happen on and off the pitch before you next hear the referee's whistle. Make sure you stay in touch with everything you need to know about the Steelmen this summer by keeping a close eye on the club's new official website, www.corbytownfc.co.uk.
The new website is part of a number of initiatives that the club is rolling out to ensure we communicate with supporters in the most efficient manner. If you like your news to be kept bite size, then check out our twitter feed @corbytownfc. We'll provide regular updates throughout the summer to alert you to all the news that affects your club.
If you're someone who likes to interact online then the Steelmen's facebook page - http://tinyurl.com/ctfcfbook - is probably of more interest so join supporters on there to discuss all things Corby Town.
To complement the website, we'll be rolling out a new iphone app very soon to make it even easier for you to keep in touch with the news that matters, wherever you are.
Corby Town eTV was launched in March and received a favourable response from supporters, that first show was a pilot but there are plans to provide regular updates in a video form that will bring you closer to events at the club than ever before.
It really is an exciting time to be a Steelman and we are going to do all we can to deliver a Premier League service to you, to make access to news and features what it should be for fans in 2011.
We welcome all feedback so if there is anything we're not doing you'd like to see, or if we're doing something well and you feel compelled to let us know then please do. Either way all communication is important, in and out, so we want to know what you think. Any time you have something to say, please email media@corbytownfc.co.uk and let us know what you are thinking.
