Bexfield, who joined the Linnets in August 2010, is a right-back or midfielder who progressed through Cambridge United youth squads and then joined Norwich's under-16 squad for the 2004/05 season and went on to play for the Canaries` reserves, making a few appearances on the first-team bench at the end of the 2006/07 season.
