Corby Town Football Club would again like to thank the supporters and volunteers who gave up their weekend to attend Saturday's working party at the stadium. Their hard work and effort is sure to benefit all home and visiting supporters next season.    

For the second weekend running over 30 volunteers turned out to carry out maintenance work such as; trimming the grass area of the new stadium, weeding, sweeping, clearing of left over rubbish and building materials, plus re-staining the picnic tables. 

A band of volunteers have also undertaken the job of giving the Steelmen Social Club a major facelift. The main corridor leading to the bar, and the toilets have already been painted white (pictured), with the black trimmings being added next week. 

The team building the kitchen were also present, and it looks fantastic. Martin, Brian and their team have been hard at work all summer ensuring that the club has first-class catering facilities to match the magnificent new stadium. It is great to see the transformation since they began work.
