Corby Town can confirm the first meeting of the Steelmen Business Club will take place on Wednesday 25th January from 8am to 10am at Steel Park.

Paul Glass, Implementation Manager, at our away shirt sponsors Echo Personnel and Janice Watkins, Project Leader at Enterprise Coaching have both kindly agreed to be our guest speakers for the inaugural meeting.

Ahead of the official launch, director Chris Rivett commented: “The initial announcement of our plans has raised plenty of interest so we're very positive about the opportunities for the group. A number of invitations have already been sent out on our behalf by friends of the club and we'd like to thank those businesses for getting behind this new venture. 

“Any local businesses who haven't yet received an invitation through any of their business contacts are of course more than welcome to come too, attendance is not strictly by invitation. We would like to welcome as many people as possible so anyone who is interested in more information can contact me at the club. 

“We're very grateful to both Paul Glass and Janice Watkins who have agreed to give up their time and to come down to be our speakers at the launch at the end of the month.

“The first meeting will be completely free to attendees and we are really looking forward to welcoming the local business community to Steel Park.”
