Corby Town fell at the first hurdle in the 2012/13 FA Youth Cup, as they were beaten 4-3 away at Yaxley. 

The Steelboys made it all the way to the Third Round proper in last season's competition, where they were edged out by Premier League giants Manchester City. Those heroics could not be repeated this year however as a brace from Dauven and a goal from Devreaux was not enough to beat a spirited Yaxley side. 

Mark Peters side, who are based at Manor Sports College, will return to league action on Wednesday afternoon as they travel to Watford Hertswood in the Conference Youth Alliance Division A.
