Corby Town have completed the signing of French central defender Briand Pierrick, subject to international clearance.
Pierrick, who has previously played in the third tier in France and at Dover Athletic, arrived at Steel Park in June for a trial.
Following outstanding displays alongside skipper Paul Malone against Harborough Town, Northampton Town and Stoke City the Frenchman has now earned himself a deal.
Speaking to www.corbytownfc.co.uk Sampson said: “I am very pleased that we have managed to sign Briand, subject to international clearance. He has been very influencial and impressive during pre-season and showed a great hunger and desire to get himself over from France for a trial at Corby.
