Corby Town have secured the signing ex-Lincoln City and Accrington Stanley striker Gary King.
The 22-year-old, who is also registered with Grantham Town, has signed for the Steelmen on a dual registration and will be available for Saturday’s home game against Histon.
King started his football career at Lincoln City signing his first professional contract in April 2008.
He made 12 appearances for the Imps, scoring one goal, which came on his league debut in a 3-1 over Brentford.
The Grimsby-born player then had a short loan spell at Boston United before making a permanent move to Accrington Stanley, where he featured eight times, netting once.
Hinckley snapped up the forward for the 2010 season where he played 14 games and scored four times, but was later released.
King’s most recent stint in the Blue Square Bet North was for Harrogate Town before he left the club in May 2011.
