Corby Town striker Josh Moreman has been named as the Blue Square Bet North player of the month for October.

The Steelmen hotshot netted a hat-trick against Droylsden in early October, before netting a brace for the club to send them through in the FA Cup with Budweiser against Leamington. He has also been impressive throughout the month scoring the opener against Hendon Town and was influential in yesterday’s victory over Gloucester City at Steel Park.

Lincoln City’s Jamie Taylor won the award in the Blue Square Bet Premier, whilst Staines Town’s Louie Thophanous won the player of the month for the Blue Square Bet South.
