NFA HILLIER CUP: PETERBOROUGH NS 1-2 CORBY TOWN

Corby Town secured a narrow victory against Peterborough Northern Star on Tuesday evening to set up a Northamptonshire FA Hillier Senior Cup semi-final tie against Long Buckby.

Jordan Smith was the hero for Graham Drury’s men, netting a late winner to ensure that the Steelmen avoided a cup upset against their United Counties League opponents. Delroy Gordon had netted the first goal for Corby in the first half.
