Chris Plummer's Corby Town head to Blue Square Bet North newcomers Oxford City on Tuesday evening, as they look to extend their winning streak to three matches.
Following a disappointing start to the campaign, the Steelmen have now won their last two Blue Square Bet North fixtures and will go into the match at Court Place Farm full of confidence.
The two sides have not met since 2009 in the Southern Premier League, when Phil Gulliver scored the winning goal against his former club.
Oxford City were promoted to the Blue Square Bet North at the end of last season after winning the Evo-Stik play-offs against AFC Totton. City had finished the season in 2nd place behind Brackley Town.
Mike Ford's charges have adapted well to the step up, sitting in 7th place after eight games. City have won four, drawn two and lost two of these fixtures.
The hosts, like Corby, were 3-1 victors at the weekend. A brace from Declan Benjamin and a goal from Darren Pond ensured three points away at Harrogate Town.
The Corby Town defence will have to keep a close eye on Benjamin, as those two goals last weekend brought his tally for the season to an impressive four so far. That record has also been matched by Steelmen hot-shot Josh Moreman who will also be looking to extend his purple patch in front of goal.
