Corby Town successfully launched their new business breakfast club on Wednesday at Steel Park. The early morning event, which kicked-off at 8am, was attended by representatives from a number of local businesses.

The group were entertained by presentations from Steve Squires of away shirt sponsors Echo Personnel and Janice Watkins from Enterprise Coaching, who held a successful two-day business seminar in mid-January.

Director Chris Rivett commented: “We have had a really positive response from the local business community since we announced plans for the networking group and we know there were as many people not here today who wanted to attend but couldn't make it, as there were who did.

“We'd like to thank those who did venture down to Steel Park for coming and making the event the success it was, especially those who were making their first visit to the new stadium.

“Businesses were signing up to the group prior to the official launch and that is very encouraging for us. We're very confident that there is a strong demand from the town for this sort of an opportunity and we look forward to working with local businesses more closely as the group grows.”
